Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of the parcel, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Customers will be charged a one-time shipping fee (including returns); Consumers are not required to restock when returning an item.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your reimbursement is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your return is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Returns often take some time to process before shipping.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your refund. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to your account.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the donor received the order, it was sent to you in order to transfer it to you later, we will send the donor a refund and he will know about your return.
