Refund Policy

Layderry is responsible for the quality of the products on our website, please pay attention to the following guidelines in our refund and return policy:

All claims need to be submitted within 30 days after the package is delivered. If you encounter any problems after receiving the package, please contact Layderry within 2 weeks of receipt.
Please tell us the detailed information, and provide relevant pictures and proof of the problem to contact Layderry's official customer service,

Due to the following reasons, Layderry will bear a full refund (including postage and replacement costs).

(1) Wrong order
The customer received the wrong order. If the customer chooses the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return and replacement postage, and Layderry will not be responsible for any refund.
(2) Damaged product
Layderry guarantees product quality and provides after-sales service for products damaged during transportation. However, if the product is damaged due to improper use, improper operation or improper maintenance, we will not bear any responsibility, and will not provide replacement or refund.
(3) Quality issues
Layderry 100% guarantees the quality of our products. If you find that your order has quality problems, please contact us immediately. If the customer receives an unusable product, Layderry will refund the full amount.

Return service process:

Please provide the order number and attach a clear photo of the defective item.
You need to return the product to the designated location, Layderry will return the refund within 72 hours after receiving the returned product.
